Requirements
To become one of our valued residents, there are a few minimum requirements.
- Minimum Applicant Age:20
- Income Requirement:2.85X the monthly rent
Upfront Fees
Before you settle into your new home, there are a few one-time fees you’ll need to prepare for. These initial costs help us get everything ready for your move-in and ensure a smooth leasing process.
- Application Fee:$50 per applicant
- Admin Fee:$150 per applicant
- Security Deposit:$300
Recurring Monthly Charges
Once you're moved in, you may incur standard monthly charges beyond just your base rent. We aim to make these as transparent and predictable as possible so you can budget with confidence.
- Pest Control:$5 per month
- Trash:$10 per month
- Cable & Internet:$55 per month
- Washer & Dryer:$50 per month + Pet Fees + Washer & Dryer Fee
- Estimated Monthly Total:$70 + Monthly Pet and/or W&D Fees (if applicable)
Optional Add-Ons & Pet Fees
As a resident, there are a few optional add-ons you can choose to take advantage of. These fees help us maintain select facilities and services and provide a quality experience for all residents.
- Washer & Dryer:$50 per month
- Pet Fee:$300 per pet
- Pet Rent:$25 per pet, per month
